Focused on improving circulation and daily livability, this project reorganizes the interior of an existing home to better connect the kitchen, living room, and breakfast area with the backyard. Removing the step-down floor and creating a single, level plane allows the main living spaces to feel open, cohesive, and more adaptable to family life.

The renovation introduces a new kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, and wet bar, along with a redesigned master suite anchored by a spacious new bath. Thoughtful planning and spatial refinement turn the existing house into a more functional, comfortable, and seamlessly connected home.
